KISS Announce First New Show After Retiring, While Gene Simmons Postpones 17 Solo Gigs

KISS will break their retirement from touring for a one-off “unmasked” show at a 50th anniversary celebration for the KISS Army fan club taking place from November 14th-16th at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The “unmasked” show reinforces what singer-bassist Gene Simmons told Rolling Stone in a past interview, claiming that KISS’ final show on their Farewell Tour at Madison Square Garden on December 2nd, 2023, would be “the final Kiss-in-makeup appearance.” Former guitarist Bruce Kulick is set to perform as a special guest at the event, with more guests and additional details to be revealed soon. In other KISS-related news, Simmons has postponed 17 shows on his upcoming Gene Simmons Band tour until 2026. A Simmons’ rep assures fans that there is “nothing wrong health-wise” with the KISS legend, with nine of his solo concerts from May 2nd through May 15th still set to take place as scheduled.
