Join us on October 28th from 10am-3pm at The Commons in Collegedale for Tennessee’s sixth annual EggFest! We will be cooking bbq favorites like ribs and brisket, as well as other southern specialities like mac n’ cheese and brunswick stew!  You can purchase your tickets for Scenic City EggFest online on Eventbrite. Whether you own a Big Green Egg or just want to sample unique recipes like smoked BBQ, grilled pizza, or baked desserts, then Scenic City EggFest is the event for you!

We are excited to have Myron Mixon join us again this year to host our cooking classes! As a five-time world barbecue champion, Myron Mixon is the winningest man in barbecue. He’s the chief cook of the Jack’s Old South Competition Bar-B-Que Team; the Mayor of Unadilla, GA; and Chef/Partner in Myron Mixon’s Pitmaster BBQ in Old Town, Alexander, VA and Hoboken, NJ. You’ve watched Myron on TV as he is the Executive Producer and host of “BBQ Rules”; host of “Smoked”; and star of two other hit shows “BBQ Pitmasters” and “BBQ Pitwars” on Discovery’s Destination America and Myron Mixon Cooking Channel.
