The legendary Charlie Daniels has passed at the age of 83 due to a stroke.
Daniels is a Country Music Hall of Famer and southern rock icon. He is most famous for his songs “The Devil Went Down to Georgia”, “Long Haired Country Boy’, and “The Legend of Wooley Swamp”.
Daniels pass due to suffering a hemorrhagic stroke. His death was confirmed by his publicist Don Murry Grubbs. He is survived by his wife, Hazel, and son Charlie Daniels, Jr.
