Neil Young – Neil, born in Canada, has lived in California since the 60’s. In fact, shortly before he wrote “Old Man”. He applied for dual citizenship last year, passed the test, although his citizenship had been held up by his honest admission of using marijuana. He was seen in LA with papers in one hand (citizenship papers that is), an American Flag in the other and his hot wife Daryl Hannah on his arm!
